We continuously receive feedback on issues involving handling the billing for registered address services, keeping the addresses up to date and the traditional ‘Address Label Sheet’ method of forwarding on post. This feedback has led to the development of this truly amazing part of our E-filing system.
Our registered office feature enables your customers to keep an address book on your website for each of their companies so they can let you know where to forward their post on to. When you receive a piece of post you can log it against the customers account and then an address label is printed for that item. Your customer will be able to see that they have received post and that it has been forwarded on to them; this will eliminate the ‘have you received any post’ questions that you may get asked.
With another issue for Company Registration Agents being how to bill for this service, our software takes the hassle out of it and enables you to bill your customers yearly or monthly. It even has the option to automatically debit the customers payment card as and when required for the correct amount. You can also choose to charge per item of post processed and again the customer’s card is debited accordingly.
