You are in complete control of what prices to charge for your service, what packages to offer, and what those packages will contain. Our solution provides you with the ability to create infinite packages and any prices you wish, and you may choose whether to include the Companies House disbursement within the entire package price or have it exempt (we have obtained HMR&C guidance on this independently).
E-filing enables you to set special offers based on coupon codes, or if you negotiate a specific deal with a client the software enables you to setup a special package specifically for that client only.
Setting up admin packages is also an available option for your own internal use, for example if you charge a premium for taking an order over the telephone or zero charge for internal orders.
Our software is integrated with the Google Adwords advertising software and the Yahoo Pay-Per-Click software to work with their Cost-Per-Conversion tracking utility. If you use Pay-Per-Click advertising then these facilities let you know whether you are making a profit on that channel of advertising or not.
We also provide affiliate and link tracking, which you can use for print advertising in magazines, Yellow Pages or similar to track the conversion rates and profitability for just about any form of advertising you wish to do.

Whether you offer any of your customers a credit facility, or payment by credit card, the E-filing solution supports both side by side. Offer select customers credit and everyone else pays by card, or offer no-one credit, the choice is yours.
The system can, if you wish, email your customers PDF payment receipts or invoices from you in your name with each order. You may then run off monthly statements of account for your credit customers in PDF format whenever you wish.
Reports can be run at any time to see what the level of sales were for any particular period, enabling this to be compared to the same period of previous years.
Accept payments by BACS, Cheque or others and credit your customer’s accounts when you have the funds to then allow them to process their orders. This feature enables you to be flexible to your customers needs when making payments; some may not wish to pay by card.
If you wish to provide additional services or products with your company formation packages and have those additional products or services ordered automatically from your suppliers. Our system enables you to setup suppliers in the system, who are then automatically notified if your customers order a product that they supply. Your suppliers may then send those products direct to your customer saving you time.
All company formations, annual returns, and other Companies House forms are handled fully automatically with Companies House. Your website will do all the work for you, once your clients are authorised in accordance with the Anti Money Laundering Regulations you need not lift a finger for any orders your customer place.
All documents are emailed to your customer upon completion, and all products supplied by thirdparties are ordered from your suppliers automatically.
If you wish to send thank you letters or covering letters to your customers for each order the E-filing system can produce all these letters automatically personalised for each customer, all you have to do is sign them (if you don’t used a scanned copy of your signature that is).
All Memorandum and Articles are printed almost automatically, along with the M&A front sheet and any other documents you wish. You have the freedom to setup infinite standard documents for printing, for example a letter to send out to each customer who files an Annual Return perhaps?
Feedback from our existing clients led to the development of this truly amazing part of our system. We were constantly receiving feedback about the issues involved in handling the billing for registered address services, keeping address records up to date, and the tradition “Address Label Sheet” method of forwarding post onto the client.
Our Registered Office module enables your clients to keep an address book on your website for each of their companies, where they can let you know where to send their post. When you receive a piece of post, you log it against their account (less than 10 seconds), and a correct address label is printed for that item of post. Your customer can then see that an item of post was received which overcomes the “have you received any post” questions.
Billing of this service has also been an issue for many in the Company Registration Agent industry, so this module enables you to bill customers yearly or monthly, and even has the option to automatically debit the customers payment card as and when required for the correct amount.
You may also choose to charge per item of post processed, or not, and the customers card is debited accordingly dependant upon your choice.
One major failing on almost all Company Registration Agent websites that do not use the E-filing system is the inability for a client to use bespoke object or documents on the incorporation of their company. The E-filing system has the ability for your customers, or you, to either edit the standard documents or upload their own.
