Whatever method of payment you want to offer you customers, the E-filing solution can support them all. You can choose to run a credit facility or have customers pay by credit card. You can even offer select customers one method and offer the rest of your customers another, the choice is yours.
You can be flexible to your customers needs when they are making payments by accepting payments by BACS, cheque or others. This allows you to credit your customer’s accounts when you have received the funds and then they can process the order.
E-filing also has the option to email your customers on your behalf with PDF payment receipts or invoices. You are then able to run off monthly statements for your credit account customers in PDF format whenever you wish.
Reports on sales levels from any particular period can be run off at any time so that you can compare the results with the same sales period from previous years.
